| Here is one of three New York City rooftops on the same building totaling 9,000
sq. ft. using our new "Steel" color gray at 2 1/4" (inches)
thick. This area was designed as communal space for the entire building to
use and enjoy year round. |
 |
| |
|
| Here is a residential building that has installed our
rubber pavers on there rooftop for a true "Green
Roof" status to qualify for LEED points and credits.
As you can see they have combined the use of a wood
deck area along with the rubber pavers to give this
rooftop some definition. |

|
| Here you see a 7,000 sq. ft. rooftop playground area using our 2 1/4" (inch)
thick "Play-Land" series with some design work as specified by the
city agency, architect, engineer and building owner. As a result of this installation,
Unity has become a well know supplier of rubberized safety surfacing, flooring
and pavers. You can view a Before & After picture on our website as well
and see for your sell what a difference our products make. |

|
| Yup, you guessed it another major city in the US has become wise to the idea
of using rubber pavers as an alternative to the traditional concrete pavers
that weigh as much as five (5) times more. Comparatively speaking a delivered
and installed price is roughly the same. Look how clean, neat and finished
this rooftop is. And man.....what a view. |

Here is a private school rooftop playground that was completed in two stages,
the 3,000 sq. ft. lower roof for the daycare and this 6,000 sq. ft. rooftop
playground for the older children. As you can see we have once again installed
our products using the zigzag "step & repeat" system. At any
one time there are between 50 and 80 children on this rooftop. Please see
our reference list section of our website for testimonials to this project.

| This picture was taken of a rooftop area in which tenants were using constantly
without any membrane protection, thus creating roof leaks to the people below.
After consulting with several architects and engineers, the only product
that would work for this situation was ours since this particular building
was much older and had wood trusses instead of steel beams which forced the
weight load to be at a maximum of 8 pounds per square foot. |

|
| Here is a beautiful installation we completed for yet another school. There rooftop
was designed using our 2 1/4" (inch) thick "Play-Land" series
to resemble a large checkerboard from above. The teacher all got together
to make large checkerboard pieces so the children and adults can place checkers.
A thought that is being carried out on yet another school across town. |

Here is a small yet important installation we did for a homeowner in Connecticut.
This wonderful elderly gentlemen was unable to venture down the stair to go outside
and enjoy his day. Instead he called us in to install a small patio area on his
roof deck so he can now barbecue and enjoy the outdoors. |

Here at this private rooftop residence of a well know actor in New York City,
we have installed our rubberized safety surfacing, flooring and paver products
at this persons sole request. Why? because they were so enamored that this material
was made from 100% recycled tires that was molded into a finished product to
be used on a retail level, they just had to have it. The when with "Steel" color
gray to match the mortar that was in the brickwork. |

|
| Passing
a Class A fire version this assisted living complex
in New York City, installed our rubberized
safety surfacing, flooring and paver products on the roof to give
everyone the opportunity
to enjoy the outdoors without having to worry about injuries
and leg fatigue. Notice the color patterns and designs
that are effortless to install, even on larger jobs
like this
one that is over 10,000 square feet. |

|
This 5,000 square foot, rooftop that is used by everyone in the building
was fitted with our products on the roof to give children
and adults an outdoor place to enjoy themselves. In large
cities such as New York, there is virtually no place for
them to play and / or enjoy themselves. As you can see, we
solved this problem by providing them with a protective rubberized
safety surfacing flooring and paver products that everyone
can use. This area is always clean and safe to use even during
the rain. |

Here you see a rooftop that was never used until now. After getting an
approval from the board of directors this tenant in a high-rise
building was now able to use her rooftop patio to entertain family,
friends and guests after installing our "Play-Land" products.
Don't tell anyone I am telling you this, but she also uses this
so her dogs can go outside by themselves if you know what I mean,
Shhhhhhhh! |

This is a favorite of the company's for many reasons. It was two (2)
blocks from where the Twin Towers once stood. After receiving
a "grant" for the "September 11 fund". This daycare center along
with the buildings residential tenants decided to install this
3,000 square foot playground using the "Play-Land" series
in a 50/50 mix of blue and gray. The children were happy because
they now had a place to play and the buildings tenants below
were happy because the resilient rubber surfacing and flooring
acted as a noise barrier between them. The tenants were also
able to use the rooftop for entertainment purposes as well.

|
Here is yet another 5,000 square foot rooftop with our "Soft-Land" series
being installed using a 50/50 mix of red and green in a zigzag pattern
to give the children of this NYC school, life and excitement to the play
area. A thicker material was used here to prevent the children from getting
the fingers caught under the roof flashing that was installed improperly
(too high). |

|
| |
|
This rooftop area was fitting with our 2 ¼ inch thick "Play-Land" series
on the roof for acoustical purposes of reducing noise from the street,
the surrounding building and especially the international airport that
was right in line with the planes taking off and landing. Although we
do not have actual test results to show how much it helped. But after
returning to the site a year later to ask them if it has helped, everyone
has stated that it has greatly reduced the noise flow throughout the
building.

|
| Here is yet
another rooftop area fitted with our products on
the roof. This was an easy choice for the roofing
contractor who has installed concrete pavers on
the rooftops of many buildings for years. The contractor
wanted to avoid having to put shimmies down on each
and every paver to get them to be level. With our
interlocking rubberized products, the surfacing
conforms to the pitch of you roof without having
to waste time with leveling. |
 |
| |
|
| Here is
a picture of another rooftop that has installed
our "Play=Land" series
on the rooftop that needs to be six pounds per square feet to meet the
requirements of "wind uplift". Installing a protective fabric/mesh to
protect the roof and gluing the interlocks together, we are able to produce
patterns, designs and layouts that are unmatched as seen here. |
|
| |
|
| Here is another school fitted with our products on
the roof. Again, these zigzag designs are effortless
which give the surfacing and flooring area excitement and
joy to everyone. Our products do not destroy the
underlying roof membrane and
can withstand the harshest of environments passing a tough
Weathering (Aging) test and a Class A fire rating as required
by ASTM (American Standard for Testing Material). |
