This product is “EPA friendly” and “odor
free” with an easy application via trowel
or squeegee, it is “non-flammable” and installed
in a “single stage” requiring no mixing with
a finish that is “hard, yet flexible” to maintain
your existing “Drop Height Requirement”.
Interior and Exterior applications where there is sunlight
present, our “Topcoat” products with UV protection may be
necessary to make our products water resistant. Topcoat
with an optional slip resistance is available prior
to ordering. The exceptional characteristics and distinctiveness
of this water based sealer and topcoat are designed to last
for maximum hold on almost any material. Quality is the

alternative packaging. Pricing is given in non-returnable
containers only. Special requests can be made for smaller
orders (1-gallon pails), which is subject to a pricing
surcharge. MSDS’s are available upon written request signed
by an officer of the company and faxed to our offices
with an original
