"Pave-Land" (tiles-mats-blocks)

Pave-Land is "Unity's" 1 1/2" (inch) and 1 3/4" thick rubberized safety surfacing, flooring and paver products that are made from 100% recycled tires and rubber granules. They can be mixed with a dye and coated to make a wide variety of colors. These double tiles-mats-blocks are expected to outlast anyone! They are used to sit, walk, travel or play on. Passing a three (3) and four (4) foot Drop Height Test and many other safety tests for your convenience, these products are found mostly in weight rooms, recreational areas, pools & patios, walkways, marina & docks, basements, work stations and in water and amusement parks as well as laundry rooms, playgrounds and day care centers. They are also used in many other applications that are found indoors and outdoor as well such as gun ranges and in acoustical areas and walls.

Pave-Land does not displace during usage by anyone thus creating consistent shock absorbency all year round. The low life cycle costs makes for very good footing thus preventing leg fatigue as well. There are no retaining edges needed and all of our rubberized safety surfacing, flooring and paver products are accessible to the handicapped. They are also water permeable, easy to install and are fully warranted which makes for a superior product that no one in the industry can match. Not only are they resilient and can be installed over most existing surfaces, but they are also independently laboratory tested exceeding ASTM (American Standard for Testing Material) and CPSC (Consumer Product Safety Commission) and ADA (Americans with Disabilities Act) safety guidelines for:

Hard surfaces such as, concrete (cement) and blacktop (asphalt) are very unsafe for anyone, which increases the likelihood of leg fatigue and injury. It can also fall short of providing safety to the area. Loose filled products that are commonly used now are home to cats and dogs as their liter boxes. Bee's, hornets, wasp's and other insects like to use these same surfaces as their new homes. Everyone dislikes the fact that loose-filled materials may build up in a one's sneaker or shoe and is take into a clean home, building, school, facility, center or office. We solve this problem by providing you with a unitary rubberized safety surfacing, flooring and paver product that requires very little maintenance.  As a member of the “United States Green Building Council” you may be eligible to receive “LEED” points and/or credits when using our recycled products.

It should also be noted that a fall onto these loose filled materials could also penetrate anyone's protruding cut, which creates a burning or stinging sensation. Some loose filled materials are very dangerous to exposed skin, causing someone to receive splinters upon falling or tripping to the surface below. Serious eye damage may be created by light airborne particles flying in the air on a windy day, after someone falling to the ground below or even from someone throwing it. This is why engineers, architects, agencies and municipalities are planning future projects using our Pave-Land products as the newest alternative to flooring and surfacing.

Installation of this product is placed in the intermediate category. Adhesive should be applied to the base &/ or sides for extra strength and security. A utility knife or jig saw is used for cutting, a straight edge to make your cuts accurately, a straight line and tape measure is also needed.
