According to the Consumer
Product Safety Commission (CPSC) statistics, over 200,000
preschool and elementary children received emergency
department care for injuries that occurred on all types
of playgrounds in the United States alone. Statistics
indicate that nearly seventy percent (70%) of all playground
injuries is directly related to falls to the surfacing
and flooring below. Recent studies also have found that
eighty percent (80%) of the playgrounds in the United
States have unsuitable safety surfacing to begin with. Keep
in mind; these results are not limited to children.
Parents, teachers and anyone else on and / or around
this equipment may also be injured.
The recreational industry is growing at an enormous rate
of greater then fifteen percent (15%) a year. Given the
current need for adequate safety surfacing, flooring and
paver products as well as the growth of this industry, Everyone should
be pleased with the savings from lawsuits that will be reduced
when using our products. Especially with the changes in
the laws that require many areas to be ADA compliant. Some
of the only products that meet the new ASTM F-1951-99 requirement
are "Unity's" rubberized safety surfacing, flooring
and pavers in the tile-mat-block form as manufactured by
Unity Creations, LTD. So as we approach another great year
in this industry, we at "Unity" Surfacing Systems
feel that now is the best time to become a part of our growing
team, as we are the leader in this industry.

"Unity's" ingenious
design and unique features give it an absolute advantage
over the competing products in the industry. This technology
allows us to have no competitors as our products stand-alone.
Our authentic, quadruple, interlocking system with bolt-down
capabilities is built directly into the products itself,
providing the strongest locking mechanism along various
parts of the seam, thus prohibiting the products from
separating, curling and/or shirting that is common among
other products. These staggered interlocks provide faster
and easier drainage, allowing no foreign objects to
harbor underneath the product that is also common among
other products. Our meticulous "step-&-repeat" system
is an industry first as well as a break through in design
for us.
Over the long-term use and
application of a safety, surfacing, flooring and paver
product, here is why you should choose us.
Assuming an area
is 1,000 square feet in diameter on a regular earth
surface. 6’ (six foot) drop height as required by ASTM,
CPSC and ADA.
Criteria to include:
1. Retaining wall 6” X 6”, counter
sunk.
2. Ground preparation (leveling).
3. Sub-surfacing (recycled
concrete, stone dust). Solid sub-surfaces are better.
4. Landscape fabric.
5. Installation of safety surfacing
(for 6 foot drop), COMPRESSED.

the additional savings you will have on your insurance premiums
as well as a reduction in the amount of injuries and possible
lawsuits you may have.

at a cost of $8,640.00 as a delivered and installed price
without having to paint them.Bringing the total expense
ratio after the ten (10) years to $17,280.00. This expense
ratio is still the lowest in any and all the categories.
AS YOU CAN SEE IT PAYS TO BUY OUR RUBBERIZED SAFETY SURFACING,

once every five to ten years. Our in-house average is 10
