For every rubberized safety surfacing, flooring and paver
challenge there's our CX-948 solution... everything you
need to build, repair and protect your investment, even
if it is not our tiles-mats-blocks you are using it for.
Our CX-948 is a light brown, one-component, high strength,
high-solid, low-VOC polyurethane-based adhesive that
is three (3) times stronger than conventional adhesives
with a shelf life of one (1) year. Its patented technologically
advanced formula produces a permanent overnight bond.
We are the premier provider of this solution for the
building and construction industry. Our company's
essential and flexible product offerings, as well
as its knowledgeable customer service, are keys to
its successful position as a single-source provider
of this product. We have grown by building strong
customer relationships, and through a series of mergers
and acquisitions, giving the industry's best product
offering, the CX-948.

This one-part urethane glue is environmentally friendly
with no odor. It replaces solvent-based adhesives
making this product safe to use indoors and out.
It is strong and versatile, thus permanently bonding
together to almost anything. The high solids provide
excellent coverage. There is no shrinking to create
loose bonds, or cracking, that is common among other
products on the market today. The CX-948 is user
friendly to long open times offering flexibility
in repositioning. It is a nonfreezing product that
can be applied to frozen, frost-free areas, which
offers a broad service of temperature ranges suitable
for use in hot and cold environments. It is nonflammable
to improve worker safety. Our CX-948 is eligible
for LEED points and is compliant to South Coast Bay
Areas in all fifty (50) states. Don’t forget
it is AFG-01, FHA Bulletin UM-60, ASTM D 3498 approved
to meet industry standards.
Our CX-948 is used to adhere our product down to
the solid sub-straight and to each other (weather
it is at the factory edges or at the interlock).
This reduces the needs for additional materials such
as: pins, clips and fasteners that may never be installed
by the contractor. It is recommended NOT to glue
our products down to the rooftop, however, it IS
recommended to glue just the interlocks together.
Gluing our products down to a rooftop membrane will
most likely void your warranty / guaranty unless
otherwise instructed by your architect or engineer.
Surfacing area must be structurally sound, dry, clean
and free of dirt, moisture, loose particles, oils,
grease, wet tar, paint, wax, rust, waterproofing
or curing and parting compounds, membrane materials
or other substances that may effect proper adhesion.

Keep in mind: you always want to store
containers in a cool, dry area away from direct sunlight.
Storing in elevated temperatures will reduce shelf
life. In cool or cold weather; store containers at
room temperatures for at least twenty-four (24) hours
before using.
